Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Membership Sales Manager in Martin, TN, operating in a hybrid role with 90% field activity and 10% remote work. You’ll drive membership across Martin, Weakley County and nearby markets, building relationships with businesses and residents to grow the AirMedCare Network membership.

The role targets a strong local presence, offers two base salary options ($35,000 or $45,000), plus an on-target earnings range and uncapped commissions with a car allowance to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• Experience selling in rural or community-focused markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive local impact by spending most time in the field across Martin and surrounding markets.
• Develop relationships through door-to-door outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at community events and associations.
