Job summary

Noctrix Health, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking an Area Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare providers and drive adoption of our drug-free wearable therapy for restless legs syndrome.

You will conduct outbound calls, educate HCPs on features and clinical benefits, manage CRM, and collaborate with field sales to expand market presence. Travel within territory may be required; base pay with commission and stock options included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to support sales efforts.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to HCPs within the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs to drive trust.
• Educate HCPs on features, benefits, and clinical advantages of therapy solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Partner with field sales representatives to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Achieve or exceed outreach and sales goals and report KPIs to Sales Leadership.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support planning.
• Provide feedback to refine sales strategies.
