Noctrix Health, Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to guide customers through the Nidra therapy sales process for restless legs syndrome. This remote, full-time role involves educating customers about our drug-free wearable therapy and coordinating with marketing and care teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience in healthcare, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, and there may be up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in sales in medical device/healthcare sectors.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud CRM is desirable.
• Strong selling and objection handling skills with a track record of closing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of Nidra Therapy portfolio via outbound and inbound communications.
• Educate customers on Nidra Therapy benefits vs traditional options.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and patient journeys.
• Handle diverse sales and service tasks with professionalism.
• Maintain records of interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and patient access teams.
