Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist for the Houston, TX / Gulf Coast region. You will drive demand creation, account development, and competitive conversions across hospitals and EP labs for the JJMT EP portfolio.

This field-based, quota-carrying role partners with Territory Managers, Clinical teams, and leadership to execute plans and accelerate adoption of CARTO 3 and other JJMT EP products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or B2B sales or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales experience with prospecting, account development, and meeting sales objectives.
• Ability to handle product questions using structured sales methodologies.
• Strong communication with clinical and administrative stakeholders; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license; able to meet hospital credentialing and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities; build a regionally aligned pipeline.
• Lead competitive conversions and new-site activations with demos and trials.
• Deliver clinical/economic value messaging to EP physicians, lab staff, service line leaders, supply chain, and admins.
• Execute account/territory plans aligned with regional priorities and complex selling situations.
• Co-manage target accounts with the Territory Manager; independently own development/tactical accounts.
• Coordinate resources across facilities and align cross-functional teams.
• Maintain deep EP market fluency; stay current on product information and clinical literature.
• Analyze account and market data to prioritize targets and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Conduct business in accordance with J&J policies, laws, and credentialing.
