Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Technology Specialist to support the Oklahoma territory in MedTech. You will drive clinical education, introduce new electrophysiology technologies, and partner with sales and service teams to expand product usage.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and readiness to travel up to 70%. You will engage physicians and EP lab staff, delivering expert clinical and technical training to

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
Willingness to travel up to 70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians and EP lab staff.

Responsibilities

Assess clinical skills development within the field organization and track improvements to certification levels.
Launch and support new technologies, aligning with commercial objectives.
Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians and lab staff for electrophysiology systems.
Build relationships with physicians and EP staff to grow product adoption and indications.
Coordinate with Territory Managers and Field Service Engineers to meet business goals.
Develop and execute a certification plan to 100% group certification and ongoing professional development.
Educate customers on electrophysiology products and optimal usage to maximize value.
