Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Philadelphia-area operations to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with EMS management, dispatchers, schedulers, and staff.
• Ensure routes are optimized for timeliness.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regional reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure fleet readiness.
• Plan staffing and scheduling with HR.
• Maintain records of brokered trips and ensure compliance.
• Ensure adequate vehicle availability for ALS, BLS, and non-emergency transport.
• Communicate across dispatch, management, and field teams.
