Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Lead in the United States to guide a regional team of MSLs and advance the company’s microbiology, molecular, and immunoassay portfolios. You will mentor the team, build KOL/HCP relationships, and deliver scientific education aligned with medical plans.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect field insights, and present data to stakeholders while driving medical strategy and execution across the designated region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare is required.
• 6+ years of clinical, laboratory, or healthcare experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading and mentoring regional teams or individuals.
• MSL/medical affairs experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KOL/HCP networks to support strategic medical objectives.
• Lead and mentor regional MSL team in scientific engagement and education.
• Gather insights and report trends to medical affairs leadership.
• Present scientific information about diagnostic products to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional MSL activities and align with medical plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Global Medical Affairs.
• Oversee administrative tasks and CRM documentation.
• Support conference engagement and data dissemination.
