Job summary
bioMérieux is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Lead to guide a regional team of field-based MSLs across infectious diseases and diagnostics in the United States. You will mentor staff, develop scientific engagement plans, and partner with colleagues in Medical Affairs, Sales and Regulatory to execute strategic medical plans and deliver high-quality scientific education to KOLs and HCPs.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or clinical sciences.
- 6+ years of relevant clinical, laboratory, or healthcare experience, with leadership.
- Clinical or clinical laboratory experience required.
- Experience leading and developing others in a field medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders in your Area.
- Mentor and develop area MSL team in competencies to build KOL/HCP networks.
- Report progress on KOL development and insights to Medical Affairs leadership.
