Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to build KOL relationships and provide scientific information to healthcare professionals in your territory. You will contribute to strategic medical initiatives and act as a bridge between bioMerieux and the medical community.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based presentations, gathering insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expect ~70% domestic travel and ongoing literature review to inform medical priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare or clinical sciences.
• 2+ years of professional related experience with degree in clinical, laboratory, or healthcare experience.
• Relevant clinical experience may include infectious disease, critical care, emergency medicine, pharmacy or hospital settings; clinical microbiology/lab experience preferred.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, MS/MLS etc.).
• MSL/field medical affairs experience preferred with KOL engagement and medical education exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders in territory.
• Engage in scientific discussions and share data to support bioMerieux's medical strategy.
• Present scientific information on products and disease states to healthcare professionals.
• Gather and report field insights to inform strategic medical plans and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on medical goals and priorities.
• Complete administrative tasks, including reporting, training, and credentialing.
