bioMérieux seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Lead to oversee an area team of field-based MSLs across infectious diseases and diagnostics. You will lead scientific engagements, mentorship, and strategic planning to support the company’s medical objectives and therapeutic goals.

In this regional leadership role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, global medical affairs, and regulatory colleagues to ensure execution of medical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or clinical sciences.
• 6+ years of relevant clinical, laboratory, or healthcare experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Clinical microbiology, diagnostic testing, or hospital/health-system experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop others and translate scientific expertise into field medical strategy.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement: build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders in the designated area.
• Mentor and develop area MSLs and report on KOL development progress.
• Provide scientific and medical education aligned with regional medical plans.
• Gather insights from the field and report trends to medical affairs leadership.
• Coordinate MSL activities across geographic designation to align with strategic priorities.
