Merck is seeking a Regional Medical Scientific Director for Cardiopulmonary & Pulmonary Hypertension to serve as a disease-area expert and external scientific liaison in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves scientific exchange, data generation support for sponsor trials and IIS, and collaboration with external investigators and national leaders.

You will build peer-level relationships, provide credible scientific information, and ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs and strategic Medical Affairs

Formación

• MD/PhD/PharmD or APP in Pulmonary Hypertension or related area.
• Three years in biotech/pharma or healthcare; clinical/research experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with national/regional clinical leaders and investigators to identify scientific needs.
• Provide non-product scientific information and support for ISP and trials as requested.
• Represent R&D at meetings and ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and research leaders.
• Translate data insights into strategic guidance for Medical Affairs and Health Strategy.
