Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the US sales network, drive revenue growth, and mentor a team of sales representatives and clinical educators. You’ll develop regional strategies, build pipelines, and collaborate across departments to optimize performance.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales leadership in healthcare or B2B, and a proven record of meeting targets. Travel up to 75% is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• At least two years of sales management of direct or independent sales representative experience required, 5+ years preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required, healthcare or business to business sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 75% of time (based on location).
• Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional sales organization by recruiting, training, coaching, and inspiring representatives; create challenging roles, conduct regular field visits, and build sustainable sales capabilities.
• Drive revenue performance by developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing resources, building a strong pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Build deep customer and territory expertise, developing trusted relationships, delivering value‑added solutions, influencing key stakeholders, and anticipating emerging customer needs and market challenges.
• Collaborate and influence across the organization to align priorities, promote win‑win outcomes, share best practices, and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve sales and financial objectives.
• Serve as a senior commercial representative of the company, demonstrating product and portfolio expertise, representing the organization at trade shows and meetings, and participating in required regional and corporate initiatives.
