Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the US sales team, drive revenue, and support customers through sales reps and clinical educators. You will motivate and advise the team, set goals, coach, and work cross-functionally to optimize performance.

The role involves senior commercial representation, portfolio expertise, and participation in regional and corporate initiatives to achieve sales and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in sales management; 5+ years preferred.
• 5 years of successful sales experience; healthcare/B2B preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales organization through recruiting, training, coaching and inspiration.
• Drive revenue by regional strategies, pipeline building, and quota attainment.
• Develop customer/territory expertise and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate across departments to align priorities and promote win-win outcomes.
• Represent Laborie at trade shows and regional initiatives.
