Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences (Pharm.D., M.D., D.O. or Ph.D.) preferred.
• 7–10 years of strategic leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and mobilize colleagues in a matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of health systems and patient care delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to identify barriers and opportunities.
• Commitment to developing others and achieving ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of regional strategic business plan addressing regional challenges.
• Establish and manage senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across the region.
• Develop understanding of regional ecosystems including health systems and payers.
• Ensure alignment with patient-centric strategy and delivery of optimal patient care.
• Serve as primary medical contact for top regional decision makers.
• Identify educational needs of the region and deploy resources accordingly.
• Provide leadership to MSLs and maintain key customer relationships.
