Job summary

Kinship Health is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead PACE medical services regionally, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes. You will collaborate with executives and the interdisciplinary team, oversee quality initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with network providers.

The role requires board certification in internal medicine or family practice, a medical degree, and 5–10 years of leadership in healthcare. Local travel and regulatory readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Board-certified in internal medicine or family practice; added geriatric certification preferred.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state; CPR certification.
• Minimum 5 years in senior care; leadership experience 5–10 years.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and SVP on regional medical care development and operations.
• Lead regional quality assessment and performance improvement programs (QAPI).
• Join local/regional QAPI meetings and regional management team.
• Recruit, credential, hire and orient primary care providers in a team setting.
• Ensure safety, preparedness, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance.
