Job summary

Community Health Center of Snohomish County in Everett, WA seeks a Regional Medical Director who serves as both clinician (0.5 FTE) and clinical leader (0.5 FTE). This hybrid role supports day-to-day medical operations across the region while guiding staff development and quality initiatives.

You will partner with the Chief Medical Officer, oversee provider recruitment, IT/EMR enablement, and process improvements, and ensure patient and provider satisfaction through strong leadership, budgeting,

Qualifications

• MD/DO or PA/ARNP with required credentials.
• Experience as clinician and in medical leadership.
• Strong budgeting and IT/EMR enablement skills.
• Experience in primary care multi-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for the region.
• Direct provider recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
• Partner with IT/EMR teams to enable efficient workflows.
• Guide quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Develop annual clinic plans with budget and performance reviews.
