• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success managing a high‑performance medical sales team.
• Location: Reside in Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX to cover the territory.
• Self‑Motivation & Autonomy: Strategic thinker with personal drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies.
• Coach and mentor Sales Consultant team; model top performance behaviors.
• Identify strengths and growth opportunities within the team and implement development plans.
• Use real‑time data and dashboards to coach and adjust regional performance.
• Represent H‑Wave at regional and national events to raise brand awareness.
