H-Wave is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a medical device sales team across Texas. You will shape sales strategy, coach consultants, and represent the company at industry events.

This hands-on leader will drive growth, mentorship, and patient-focused outcomes, reporting to the EVP of Sales. Located in Houston area, you will travel up to 50% and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize market penetration and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a high-performance medical sales team.
• Location: Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication, written and verbal abilities.
• Experience with CRM and data-driven selling.
