AllCare Georgia seeks a Multi-Site Medical Assistant Coordinator to support operations at two or more sites, supervise Medical Assistants, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care. Under the supervision of a clinician and Practice Manager, you will stabilize workflows, teach standard procedures, and help open new sites while performing MA duties within your POD.

You will lead daily huddles, manage records, assist exams, monitor inventory, and pursue training and professional growth

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a medical assistant training program with CCMA, CMA, RMA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of two years as a medical assistant with clinical intake, venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and direct patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and standard clinical technology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support new site openings and partner with Pod leadership for safe, efficient operations.
• Perform patient intake, document medical histories, update EHR, and maintain confidential records.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, medications, injections, venipuncture, specimen collection, tests, referrals, and discharge instructions.
• Aid in developing, piloting, and rolling out new workflows, SOPs, and technology.
• Support patient registration, scheduling, check-in/out, callbacks, and appointment confirmations.
