Job summary

You will report to the CNO, collaborate with operators, and have opportunities to expand into a broader regional position within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Strong MDS expertise and technical knowledge
• Skilled nursing experience required
• Regional or multi-site MDS experience strongly preferred
• Experience auditing MDS assessments and ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to travel across multiple skilled nursing facilities
