Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. The role offers competitive base salary with quarterly bonus potential and a direct reporting relationship to the CNO, with opportunities to join an established regional MDS team and grow into a regional leadership

Qualifications

• Strong MDS expertise and technical knowledge.
• Skilled nursing experience required.
• Regional or multi-site MDS experience strongly preferred.
• Experience auditing MDS assessments and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
