Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Coordinator to manage clinical leadership teams across multiple facilities in the MDS domain. You will train staff, ensure PDPM/PASSAR compliance, and support fiscal responsibility within the region.

The role requires RN licensure, 5+ years in long-term or acute care, and 3+ years of multi-facility regional MDS experience, with leadership duties across facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state practiced.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum five years in long-term or acute health care.
• Minimum five years as an MDS Nurse in long-term or acute care.
• At least three years of multi-facility regional MDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Consults with MDS Coordinators and interprets policies/regulations.
• Trains new MDS Coordinators on resident assessments and documentation.
• Trains on RAI manual deadlines and completion of MDSs.
• Ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Oversees facility compliance with federal, state, and local regs.
