OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced nursing leader in Fort Worth to support facility reimbursement and clinical processes. The role partners with the Regional VP and QA Nurses to ensure accurate PPS, TILE and MDS documentation, while leading in-services and training across centers.

The candidate should hold an active nursing license and have knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement, PPS and QI in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state where practicing is required.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in long-term resident care Medicaid reimbursement, PPS, MDS and QI is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Regional VP and QA Nurses to clinically support the facility.
• Provide in-service and training on QI/PPS/Medicaid reimbursement.
• Review medical records for accuracy for QI, MDS, and PPS.
• Review state Medicaid reviews for accuracy.
