Job summary

Apploi in the United States seeks an experienced MDS Nurse Manager to lead clinical leadership teams across multiple facilities. You will oversee development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of MDS services, ensuring quality care and fiscal responsibility.

The role requires RN license in the state, a nursing degree, at least five years in long-term or acute care, and multi-facility regional MDS experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum five years in long-term or acute health care.
• Minimum five years as an MDS Nurse in long-term or acute care.
• At least three years of multi-facility, regional MDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with MDS Coordinators to interpret policies and regulations.
• Train MDS Coordinators on resident assessments and care plans.
• Train on the RAI manual deadlines for MDS assessments.
• Monitor compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Lead facility management staff and develop business plans for operations.
