MGM Healthcare seeks a Regional MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) to support centers across Oklahoma. You will ensure accurate MDS/RAI documentation, coordinate ADRs, and educate staff on regulatory requirements. Travel to facilities is required to cover the Oklahoma region.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Nursing leadership, risk assessment completion, and adherence to federal/state MDS guidelines to optimize resident care and reimbursement.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program and a current RN or LPN license.
• MDS experience preferred; willingness to train and grow skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand regulations and standards related to the RAI process (Federal/State).
• Participate in pre-admission process to collect essential MDS data.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to ensure timely documentation and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) and revenue audits.
• Act as community subject matter expert on ADL documentation and MDS requirements.
• Train staff on RAI processes and ongoing education.
