• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities with patient assessments to determine health status and level of care.
• Provide ongoing education.
• Travel required to various facilities to support quality care delivery.
