Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC seeks a Regional Marketing Liaison to strengthen relationships with referring physicians, employers and community partners across the Northern suburban markets. This field-based role will visit physician offices, employers and events to raise IBJI awareness and grow patient referrals.

The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, proactive, with strong marketing instincts and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of marketing, business development, physician relations or community outreach experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with physicians, employers and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, offices and healthcare organizations.
• Meet with staff and physicians to communicate services and opportunities, expand awareness, and drive referrals.
• Coordinate opportunities for IBJI physicians to engage with partners and communities.
• Track outreach activity and report results to Marketing leadership.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely information on services, locations and resources.
