Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Rhode Island is seeking a strategic Marketing & Planning leader to design and expand the overall marketing plan, drive revenue objectives, and analyze market data.

You will manage group sales, promotions, communications, and lead a team to execute integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels while maintaining high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing/advertising experience, preferably in casino, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Experience with group sales, convention sales, and tour/travel partner programs.
• Strong understanding of RI/New England market and demographics.
• Ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, maintain, and expand the marketing plan and strategies to support long-range goals and revenue objectives.
• Analyze market data, guest demographics, and competitive landscape to identify key local and regional populations.
• Develop marketing plans for amenities, events, and new initiatives.
• Lead group sales program, partnerships, and commissions for groups and operators.
• Oversee promotions and advertising campaigns across channels and measure ROI.
• Provide leadership and supervision of marketing operations and staff.
