Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Rhode Island seeks a strategic Marketing & Planning leader to shape the annual marketing plan and drive revenue through targeted campaigns. You will analyze guest data, identify key demographics, and oversee promotions across traditional and digital channels.

The role leads group sales efforts, coordinates with tour operators, and manages events, ensuring alignment with long-range goals and strong guest service. A licensing requirement applies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing and advertising experience, preferably in the casino, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of group sales, convention sales, and tour/travel partner programs.
• Strong understanding of the Rhode Island and New England regional market, including local demographics and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and expand the overall marketing plan and develop new marketing strategies that support long-range goals and revenue objectives.
• Analyze market data, guest demographics, and competitive landscape to identify key local and regional populations with propensity for gaming and entertainment.
• Develop marketing plans for amenities, special projects, events, and new business initiatives.
• Participate in formulating and administering company policies and long-range goals and objectives.
• Submit recommendations for marketing programs, promotions, and group sales initiatives.
