Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the A/E/C industry or related field.

• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe InDesign for proposals.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Retain, develop and supervise proposal and marketing employees.
• Lead pursuit teams with win strategies and capture plans.
• Facilitate development of persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and ensure compliance.
• Lead quality reviews of materials and coach interview teams.
• Manage client relationships and marketing budgets.
• Plan growth initiatives and strategic investments.
• Create marketing collateral and engage with industry associations.
