Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to support local brand activities across up to three locations, reporting to Regional Marketing Managers. You will assist in campaign coordination, content development, and local event execution while maintaining organized marketing operations.

You will develop social media content, manage digital presence, monitor reviews, and assist in vendor coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics and social media management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of local brand activities for up to three locations.
• Support Regional Marketing Manager with campaigns, reporting, and content tasks.
• Develop, write, and edit marketing content for social media, email, and web.
• Maintain digital presence across website and Google platforms; ensure lead sources.
• Monitor reviews and manage reputation; respond to reviews.
• Assist in managing partner social media accounts and trends.
• Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
