  • Review Capacity and Lead Flow to Ensure Proper Volume: Success means you are reviewing capacity daily, coordinating with GM and RMM to understand job needs, and driving in the right channels to fill gaps before they become missed revenue opportunities.
  • Lead quality and conversion rates stay on track: Success means you are actively monitoring conversion performance, flagging below-trend results early, and taking action to address the root cause before it shows up in the weekly numbers.
  • Local reputation and community engagement are actively managed: Success means reviews are monitored consistently, responses go out promptly and professionally, and organic social content is being published on a regular cadence that reflects the brand well. Success means leave-behinds are prepared and deployed, community events are identified and attended, and boots-on-the-ground tactics are executed regularly to build brand awareness and generate leads at the local level.
  • Local campaigns and events execute without friction: Success means lifecycle and event marketing activities are planned ahead, coordinated with the central team, and executed on time with no last-minute scrambles or missed deliverables.
  • You are a valued contributor to strategy conversations: Success is an RMM and agency team that actively includes you in strategy discussions because of your local knowledge, execution track record, and attention to detail.
