Job summary

Terma Inc., the US subsidiary of Denmark-based Terma A/S, is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to support NA marketing initiatives across aerospace, defense and security sectors. You will collaborate with regional and international colleagues to drive campaigns and collateral that reinforce Terma's strong reputation.

The role includes creating social media content, coordinating trade shows, supporting product launches, and producing internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 1 year experience in marketing in a B2B/B2G context with Aerospace Defense industry experience preferred OR equivalent experience
• Experience supporting and executing marketing plans and product launches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Good coordinator with ability to build rapport at many levels of the organization
• Collaborative and a team player, yet with the ability to work independently
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance
• Ability to travel OCONUS & CONUS

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns promoting specific products or solutions for multiple business areas in the region.
• Arrange production of marketing collateral, including brochures, customer stories, graphics, white papers, web content, etc.
• Represent and support the North American region in product launch teams.
• Compose content for Terma’s social media accounts as needed
• Coordinate participation at trade shows and other events within the region.
• Support marketing and sales colleagues from time to time in other tasks such as developing presentations, communication, and ad hoc projects.
• Develop and maintain a regular calendar of Terma Inc. internal communications.
• Draft, edit, and publish employee news, announcements, milestones, and organizational updates.
• Coordinate with U.S. leadership, HR, and functional teams to identify relevant internal stories.
• Assist with internal presentations, newsletters, collateral, signage, and employee communications.

The Challenge:

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will support operations in Terma Inc’s North American region. This position will collaborate with colleagues in the region and internationally to support regional marketing activities.
