Ideal candidates reside in NYC, Philadelphia, or New Jersey and will support regional partners and dealers. You will develop plans, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and align sales efforts with overall HON objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management or furniture industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic direction in a market aligned with company goals.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and training others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to build deep relationships and collaborate across functions to drive growth.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Director, Regional Sales to develop and execute market strategy and plan.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a sales organization, fostering accountability and high engagement.
• Coordinate market-focused selling activities including blitzes and joint calling.
• Identify target accounts, coverage, and vertical market opportunities to expand market share.
• Manage market programs like registrations, HONORS, Team Up, NSD, and promotions.
• Coordinate training events with HON’s Training Department and meet distribution partners quarterly.
