Responsibilities

• Lead regional target-setting and performance alignment with stakeholders to close gaps and support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with finance and other functions to develop and execute pre-annual and annual operating plans (AOP).
• Oversee inputs and execution of the 1YP to align with AOP and strategic objectives, identifying risks and countermeasures.
• Utilize BOE principles and lean methods to improve Safety, Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
• Develop, maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Own the BOE tracking system and cadence, ensuring root causes are understood and countermeasures implemented.
• Lead standardization and training of BOE tools and templates for consistent execution across the organization.
