Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional target-setting and performance alignment activities.
• Collaborate with finance and other functions to develop operating plans.
• Oversee inputs and execution of the 1YP with risk & countermeasures.
• Lead continuous improvement using BOE and lean methods.
• Ensure data accuracy in dashboards with regular updates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Manage operational performance tracking and data closure.
• Own the BOE tracking system and review cadence.
• Standardize BOE tools, templates, and training materials.
