Job summary

RoShay Services in Alabama is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer to guide mass production, business planning, and new model development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven PDCA cycles, equipment performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage projects, mentor team members, balance office and shop-floor work, and support overtime or travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or related field and 0–6 years’ experience.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software.
• Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, team orientation and technical expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels and analyze reports to identify gaps.
• Develop solutions using data and PDCA, monitor equipment performance, train team members and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Test new technologies and control costs.
