We are seeking a Regional Manufacturing Engineer for our customer, County Materials.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization and standardization.
- Work collaboratively with local plant operations and QC teams to understand current workflows, equipment utilization, and operational challenges.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and training materials to improve operator efficiency and equipment utilization.
- Provide technical support for new plant startups, including equipment layout validation, SOP development, and troubleshooting guides.
- Benchmark regional processes, identify best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing among facilities.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for projects involving automation, process improvement, and capital equipment installation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations documenting findings, recommendations, and results of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret process data and implement practical solutions.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel to regional facilities as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing or enhancing SOPs and process documentation.
