This role offers an opportunity to lead client relationships and oversee a team managing 20-25 projects each, with a revenue impact of $10-15M. Your leadership will foster growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue and retention.
• Serve as a client advocate, ensuring excellent service and identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting client retention and managing large-scale projects.
• Identify growth opportunities using a consultative and analytical approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client needs.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years in senior client services roles, with proven executive relationship management success.
• 4+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in IT or technology services.
• Extensive client service experience with a consultative mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
