Role Overview

We seek a Regional Managing Director to lead client relationships and oversee a team managing 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across BairesDev’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain exceptional client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
2. Serve as a client champion, ensuring high service levels and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention and managing large-scale projects.
4. Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client needs, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in a senior client services role, with success managing executive-level relationships.
• 4+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in IT or technology services.
• Extensive client services experience with a consultative, growth-driven mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
