JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a senior leader to own the West Region HHN Banking Industry strategy, driving performance and leading a team to deliver integrated banking solutions for Healthcare, Higher Education, and Nonprofit clients.

You will lead MMNFP growth, manage a 7–10 person team, and coordinate with Treasury, Public Finance, Securities Trading, Asset Management, and Credit groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions. A strong risk mindset and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and solutions, with regional market knowledge.
• Proven record of business development and relationship management with growth goals.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and mobilize internal resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Strong risk mindset with knowledge of regulatory expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional business strategy with accountability for results across HHN and MMNFP.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of bankers and analysts.
• Drive new business origination and disciplined pipeline management.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery to bring full firm capabilities to clients.
• Maintain risk and control discipline and regulatory adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and client experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives in support of HHN priorities.
• Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
• Identify and map Total Addressable Market for MMNFP and prioritize subsectors/geographies.
• Build regional MMNFP coverage by hiring and developing leaders and bankers.
