You will oversee project delivery, manage staff, build client relationships, and drive profitable growth while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence across major projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressively senior experience in Structural Buildings.
• Strong leadership with practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Marketing, business development, and proposal development experience.
• Proven management and technical skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Delivers profit within their service line.
• Monitors accounts receivable and collects unpaid invoices.
• Monitors industry trends to position the Firm for opportunities.
• Supervises staff and oversees workload, scheduling, and performance.
• Develops contracts, subcontracts and coordinates with sub-consultants.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues new business.
