Senior PsychCare is seeking a Regional Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead operational processes, build partner facility relationships, and coordinate providers and Psych Techs to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires proactive collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in improving access to mental health care for seniors. Travel to nursing homes is expected; strong data skills with PowerBI and CRM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in operations, account management, or related role; healthcare/long-term care preferred.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong data-driven decision making and prioritization capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned nursing homes.
• Oversee onboarding of providers and staff; manage CPT codes and staffing.
• Monitor referrals and ensure timely follow-up with facilities.
• Coordinate behavioral health rounds to support collaborative care.
• Leverage Teams, ZohoCRM, and PowerBI to improve processes and resolve issues.
