Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Project Controls to lead cost and schedule governance across multiple large-scale construction projects within Crusoe’s energy infrastructure platform. This role partners with onsite vendors and senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights on financial performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability.
• Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills with ability to evaluate cost and schedule holistically.
• Strong communication skills translating data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and clients.
• Experience leading teams and managing external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide area-level leadership across multiple construction projects to align budgets and schedules.
• Drive standardization of cost management, scheduling, change, risk, and reporting.
• Oversee a team of cost managers with monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, and payer submissions.
• Review client billing submissions and manage change and risk processes.
• Assess cost and schedule health, identifying trends and risks early.
• Deliver clear financial and schedule insights to leadership and Crusoe clients.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement and leadership for successful execution.
