Job summary

Removery LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the North Central Region (DFW, OK, KS, MO, NE, IA) with strong operational and people management. Drive leads, conversions, show rates, and ensure regional staffing aligns with budgets while optimizing CX and process improvements.

You will implement policies, manage KPIs, and partner with marketing and clinical teams to grow the region and uphold Removery’s brand standards. Remote work in the DFW area with significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ business experience with focus on relationships, CX, business development, marketing and communications.
• Leadership experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and talent development abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent corporate communications and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to teams to drive engagement and business results.
• Monitor KPI outcomes including leads, conversions, show rates, cancellations and referrals.
• Set targets and budgets for studios within the region and establish annual plans.
• Coordinate training with clinical teams to ensure targets and outcomes are delivered.
• Analyze monthly P&L for the region and develop action plans as needed.
• Lead regional team meetings and implement new initiatives with buy-in.
• Develop local area marketing plans and nurture community relationships.
• Represent Removery brand and culture across the region.
• Travel as needed (50–75%) and manage resource allocation.
