Job summary

Carteret Management Corporation, a leader in affordable housing across Florida since 1971, seeks a Regional Manager for Central Florida. You will drive performance across a portfolio of communities, partnering with on-site teams to optimize operations and strengthen communities.

You will oversee compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws, lead teams, and ensure exceptional resident experiences while aligning with Carteret's values of service and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.

Position Summary: Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—ensuring operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences.

You'll partner with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities, all while aligning with Carteret's core values of customer service, communication, and competency.
