You will oversee compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws, lead teams, and ensure exceptional resident experiences while aligning with Carteret's values of service and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property management operations across Central Florida.
• Drive performance and occupancy goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with on-site teams to improve resident experiences and financial performance.
