Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.
