Carteret Management Corporation in Central Florida is seeking a Regional Manager to lead performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will partner with on-site teams to optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, travel across sites, and a commitment to Carteret’s values of service, communication, and competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Regional Manager or 10+ years as on-site PM with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.
