Job summary

Carteret Management Corporation, a Florida-based leader in affordable housing since 1971, seeks a Regional Manager to drive performance across Central Florida communities. You will partner with on-site teams to elevate operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding resident experiences while upholding Carteret’s standards of service and competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Regional Manager role, or 10+ years as on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.
